OK we're booked.
11 out of 21 spots are filled. So only 10 spots are left. According to the rental agreement, we cannot exceed 13 people upstairs and 8 downstairs. So if you plan on coming, and don't want to camp, get those registrations in before space is gone.
To those already registered, if you're bringing a passenger, remember that they count as a cabin occupant and you must pay for them... Hopefully that was clear, but I don't want there to be any confusion on arrival that Friday.
Could you throw that link up to the cabin you showed me?
And we have only booked the top floor right?
They are holding both upstairs and downstairs for our group. We just need to make sure we get 10 more registrants before January or so.
That place looks sweet, you guys will have a blast!
Hey cam I'm going to grab one more spot. Mandy deiced she was going to come also, so i'll paypal that money to you a little later tonight.
haha I bet your gonna pay for that comment
Hmm, looking at the windrock book date, it only says that the 20th is booked so far.
Error on their part?
My wife, Jennifer, is going to be joining us. I told her Mandy was going and that she wouldn't be the only lady in the group.
BTW I see that Paypal is charging for money sent under "personal" unless the money is being sent from your PP balance or a PP account. It was only a couple of extra bucks, but they didn't charge me weeks ago when I registered.
Anybody that is on the fence better register soon. There probably isn't that many spots left and you know you want to go.
Well damn, I didn't realize it was going to cost you guys extra. I read over paypal's rules a bunch of times and didn't catch anything like that, but good to know. For those registering, you might try transfering $ from your bank to your paypal a couple days ahead of time.
9 spots left!
Maybe if I say I'm not coming now, then I will actually come.
Hey guys care if an 04 Xterra tags along? I was just at coal creek the other weekend and had an absolute blast!!!
Im not sure if i will register for the cabin or not It to far in advance for me right now.... How many rooms are left? You plan on driving over from Nashville early that morning? If you want to stay in the cabin you'll need to pre-register
And Ive driven over in the morning before lol... What time will you guys start?
IIRC there are not that many spots remaining. Plus there are a few that say they are coming but have yet to register so it's just a matter of time before the cabin is full. BTW you won't get a "room", you'd get a "spot". Meaning a place to crash in a really nice cabin that sleeps 21. Cam (ATLZJ) can tell you how many spots are left as he's handling all the registration.
I drove up really early last year. (I'm in Franklin) It wasn't too bad except that I didn't remember that I'd change time zones until midnight the night before. That was an early morning!
Xterror - what is your rig like?
And things will probably get rolling around 9ish. Nothing is set in stone though. Its a pretty laid back group but people are there to wheel.
I plan on arriving thursday night (havent decided where we are sleeping that night). I want to wheel all day Friday and all day Saturday. Anyone else trying to wheel on friday as well?
It is an long drive for me so we are trying to get as much wheeling in as we can.
Maxx, I paid up for the cabin but if I'm wheelin' my rig do I need to register somewhere else?
