no sleeve...i should have. i V it out a lot and really crank the heat. im really going on just gettin it together then wheel it hard to see where the weak points are and go from there.

as for the welds. i dont think they are going anywhere. there is more than one pass in there.

i might have to come over and work on the inside part of the cage. i like the way you did yours.

I think the plate are large enough and there are enough of them to not worry too much about that happening (although you are right in principle). I'd be more concerned with the large gaps in some of the tube notches.

I agree about the crushed tube section. Just for looks I'd replace it. You can always use the cut off piece for braces or something to minimize wasted tube.
Thank you to those that serve our country.

if its just for looks i will leave it. i have to pile on the weld there anyway. the notches are poor. agian time comes into play and i can fill the gap.

    nice rig BTW

I like what you did with the dovenose. The bend at the A pillar looks a bit kinked, but maybe it's just the pictures.

hmmm, I wondering if you should of just traded that thing in for the cash for clunkers program
93ish zj, d60s, 38.5 maxxis, and a bunch of other expensive parts to make them work.

Truck stacks, for when your trucks nuts are just not gay enough anymore.

What have you added since the last pics you posted? The pics looked about the same as before...just with a little added rust.

Where are you going from here with the tube? Exo?

exo is on its way hoping to have hinged doors to. once i get a ride to work for myself i will be able to stay after and get some work done. it will also be getting LA home brewed. i have 88 and 30 set up but not sure if its even worth it to put them under now. seems to me i should sell those while they r new and put money to tons. but im scared ill never have the rest i need to set them up.
    got some primer today
