Just about. This buggy is small. You are looking at 48" between the side bars. There won't be much room.

That is also up in the air. Once I get the motor set then I will be able to tell if I can use a productio set of headers or will need to make my own. The exhaust will need to cross over the transmission and the headers will be super close to my feet. Wrap and heat shield will be a must.
To Keep the Heat down you could also get your headers ceramic coated when you get them made up ....Something to keep in mind maybe
Picked up an Atlas mockup dummy. Once I get my Scrambler done you should see some progress on this bucket.
Honestly I would have thought that 2 years ago.
48” is great if you plan on competing all the time. It is VERY small for trail use with a 2 seater. I find that with tree’s the body is so narrow that a tree can easily get caught between the body and the tire then works its way to the axle tubes. Without rear steering you need to winch or cut the tree down.
For a trail wheeler I would not go less than 52” IMHO. I’m 58” in my buggy it is wide. Yes I do notice it hits the rockers in some spots but its VERY comfortable. I have lots of room.
It is an 06 model. And what are these trees you talk of? I dont seen many of them in JV. You are right it is on the narrow side, for myself 6'4 230lbs, and my brother inlaw 6'1" 285... But not unbearable by any means.

The week I was moving I got an offer with a larger company for more money and local here in socal I couldn't refuse. Thus I didn't move. I had my bags packed and I was headed for h town. Shit has been crazy msn.
well congrats on that, as much as I would like to have met ya, I'm glad you didn't have to move your family and got something better where you were already!
