Now I'm in a panic as well.

I have had some tranny issues and thought they would be solved by now. As it turns out I am going to have to replace my 42RE tranny. I was not able to find it locally so it is being shipped to me and hopefully it will be here on Wednesdy or the latest Thursday. If I get it Thursday I will not be in until after 10 PM.

    Keeping my fingers crossed.

Good luck on that. I was going to order a Level10 tranny about 3 or 4 weeks ago. I figured I'd never have time to install it before GSW. LOL. Crossing my fingers my tranny holds up untill after GSW. It's showing slight signs of getting tired.

It's looking good but I still have some last minute work. I'm all packed to go. Moab or BUST!

I have to fix the sway bar tabs on the front axle since they bent from about 30 miles of on-road driving.

My control arms still fine tuning. My tires are rubbing front and rear. At this point I'm tempted to just trim more and leave the arms as they are. I can bring an extension cord and the grinder to Moab and trim the fenders up in the Red Stone parking lot.

Out side of that, it all looks good. My self made SYE is working good and they t-case I rebuilt didnt blow up. Axles are fine, I hardly notice the detroit in the back.

if it's any consolation the weather looks to be fantastic and very mild. I'll take mid 80's any time.

that would be nice since now we have NO PLACE to stay due to a double booking error on Moab Rim RV Park's fault. So we may just tent it.

ok i'm panicing now. The winch is in but no rope & it's not wired up. Jim & I had problems figuring out how to clock it( taking apart the winch & rotating the ends) so the cluch handle would not hit the back. My fog light was in the way when it was down also.

So I had to drill & cut a hole for it up top.

The dual battery deal is not hooked up either.

That & then the winch power first thing tomarrow.

I know. I just wanted it done before GSW. I'll decide if I'll finish it up tomarrow or not. I might just wire the winch up & spool up the rope & do the Dual Battery after GSW.

Only because I didn't get in a hurry & pull the + power cable out for the new one that the dual battery setup will use. If I had I woulld haave been commited to finishing it.

I ordered a spare 35" tire last week and Discount is saying "Uhm, we're not sure why it isn't here yet". Might be calling down to a Moab tire store and have them order me up one.

I'm leaving tomorrow, so I'll start tonight sometime after work.

I just have to swap some spacers out to lower the rear 3/4" and tighten/grease all of the usual suspects. Shouldn't take too long.

Bring one of your little ones as back up. At least you can get off the trail.
I have some 285/75 16's on the factory WJ rims for emission testing, which reminds me, I owe Keith a beer or two.

I am tempted to keep my 33's for emissions testing - or I can just owe you some beer perhaps?

I called today and they said they sent up a 265/75-16 yesterday instead of the 315/75-16 (yeah those sizes are totally confusable). Said it should be here around noon today. I am not holding my breath.

if you had 15" rims, i would say you could use one of my BFG M/T for a spare, but you had to be different and have 16" wheels..haha
