Ok heres the start of my fourlink in the rear only after destroying 4 traction bars heres what i have done so far heres the axel removed and the rear half cut off Heres the box tube that i am using to extend the frame heres the bumper welded on to the frame extensionslook how nice that bumper tucks up against the body i still got alot more to come.
looks good man. Are you gonna change the wheelbase any? you planning to use coils?
Yeah found some coils in treys scrap pile lol gonna try them gonna get my joints and stuff from will try for 107 to 110 how you been camo?
ALso got this for sale AGR Rock Ram system minus the pump you get the steering box ram and hoses it is a direct bolt in for YJ's TJ's XJ's (ZJ's) CJ's and all FSJ's ill Take $350 plus S&H

I always like when i build a diff cover for a buddys 14 bolt and then he sales it and i get to keep the cover!!!!
cleaned it up last nite and painted the diff cover now just waiting to get the
money together to order the truss and link parts

Ordered all link parts and BTF truss kit today there went the whole fackn paycheck!!!!

Hell yeah it is and no that's no brake parts ordered yet i still gotta get a orbital valve and ram and new leaf springs for the front , i think I am gonna end up buying a kit i found one on pirate with everything for $300 including shipping
well i should have known better than to order a truss from BTf they say its gonna be about 2 weeks

Wide Open Design Rear Truss system built to fit 14 bolts, Dana 60, Dana 70, Ford 9 inch and many others. Call for complete listing of options. The 14 bolt has a support that ties in to the pinion bolts as well. This truss system comes with tabs pre drilled to a 1/2" hole and is easily modified up to a 1" bolt hole. so i got some work done today bolted up the wheels to the 14 bolt and put it under the jeep this is what it looks like with the wheel base at 105-106
also bent up some door bars to go in

if you've still got that steering setup by july-august i'll buy it, but i can't afford it until then.
good luck getting rid of it, but if not remind me then. i need a new steering box now anyways, and i want to do hydro assist...new box will be $350 anyway, might as well get hydro assist with it
got the truss in the mail monday welded and bolted it up just waiting to get my camera back
Ok got a lot of stuff done havn't had my camera got the truss on the 14 bolt still gotta weld some gussets on
Also bought a D.I.Y 208 clocking ring
installed it today this is the before
and after
also so bought this ram brand new for $50 shipped to my door next day
and started to weld the bushing ends on my uppers
got a lot more to come
Welds look awesome man. What displacement orbital are you going to use with that ram? how many turns lock to lock are you shooting for?
7.5 somewhere 2to3 turns maybe

Well the pic is really small, but I'm guessing he used really thick material. Even then, I would probably want to add a long tube brace from the back of that bracket to the frame. Even some .120 wall round would add a ton of strength. Right now there is a lot of leverage on the welds at the frame end of that bracket.
Yeah I was thinking running something across between the frames that those brackets are welded to.
Haha I meant to add that with my last post but I got distracted before I mentioned that it would only work if you've got the clearance which isn't likely
