Looks good!
I need to repaint my coils.. they are beat to shit!
Nice man, those look nice a clean
Nice! The arms look brand new now! Looks like you got a pretty good deal from that guy after all.
Looks good David, nice work!
Thanks for the compliments guys! A little grinding/rustoleum really does the trick.
....and HOLY STICKERS BATMAN!!
Thanks for helping me out, Matt (aka MoonWorks)!
Back half is done, minus the brakelines.
Install went pretty easy, for being two teenagers that haven't worked with adjustables yet. Only issues that we ran into was that the stock rear swaybar endlinks won't cut it, and that a GOOD grease gun is essential. Mine sucked!
Here are a few random pics:
Wheels and coils off
Trackbar didn't want to come off!
I gained about 2" over the OME/UpCountry suspension that I had before (post lift photo)
CA's
Look what came in the mail today!
Front end will be put on Thursday!

Small semi-update, solved two of the problems mentioned above, and found one slight problem with the new rear setup.
A combination trip of advance auto and o'reilly produced this (no clue whats with the two different color endlinks/styles):
but neither had what I needed, which was axle tube seals for the 44a, along with a set of rental spring compressors for doing the front.
_________
And the problem:
The new JKS trackbar hits my 3" exhaust on most small bumps, like pulling in or out of the driveway. I really liked the rear exit pipe, but it looks like its time for a muffler-turndown.
yeah, we just put them on enough to limp it home, and those will be straightened out before I do any real driving. Soon I'll be working on the rear end again and I'll work on those. I'm gonna try putting the BB pucks on top, mainly for shits and giggles, but if it doesn't throw the CA's off too much, as well as keeps me non-SYE'd, I may keep them on.
Finished the front up.......well sort of. We couldn't get the damn trackbar off. The lower bolt was easy, and so was the upper castle nut, but we couldn't get it out of the frame-side bracket. We were sort of in a time crunch to finish, so we just bolted the old one back up and tightened the hell out of it. So as of now, I'm rocking a stock trackbar at ~4" lift, so the axle is off an inch or so. I think I'll just take it to the mechanic to get the trackbar off, because we tried for at least an hour, and no luck.
Driving home, I heard a rattle on bumps, which I'm hoping was the trackbar. All the ca's are tight, along with the shocks and coils. However, it's home now, and I won't be driving it anywhere (except to the mechanic, 3 miles away) until I get everything settled out.
On a side note, does anyone know if axle seals for a 35 will fit the 44a? None of the auto stores had 44a seals in stock, so they recommended I get the 35 seals and try them out. If they don't work, I'll return them, and then special order the ones for the 44a.
Another question: My heep is sitting a little unlevel, I assume this is normal when buying used coils. I took measurements, from the uppermost (center) part of the rim, to the fender lip, I figured it'd be pretty constant.
Driver Front: 15 7/8"
Driver Rear: 14 7/8"
Pass. Front: 15 1/8"
Pass. Rear: 13 5/8"
The coils are all seated. Should I just throw one of my old BB spacers on the passenger rear?

DAMMIT.
I was crawling under the heep to mess with the trackbars, and it looks like the tranny output seal just decided to shit on itself. I haven't driven the rig (nor even started it) in 4 days, and the seal just crapped out. My t-case skid is soaked, as well as a 6" diameter patch on my driveway. This, along with my rear main seal leak = suck

Posted this on JU, not here mainly because it's a bunch of stock stuff. But if anyone wants any of it, just PM me on this site.

Oh yeah, since this post should include something about my rig, I'll be taking a sawzall to the front trackbar in the coming days to get the damn thing out. It doesn't want to leave the top bracket the easy way...

SHIT.
I was following this guide to change my axle seals (http://www.jeepsunlimited.com/forums...d.php?t=482547), and I get to the step of pulling the cross shaft retainer bolt, and.... well you guessed it. Bolt is broken. I was using as light of a touch as I could while unscrewing it, and I get about 1/4" of the bolt out.
Now it's looking like I'll be taking it to the mechanic, unless someone can convince me that taking the carrier out to drill the old bolt out is no big deal.

wow dude, things are just not going well for you are they?
I hope you get it all figured out.
Drilling the bolt out is no big deal, just make sure you know what you are doing before you start drilling it.
I would suck if you attempted to drill it out, failed, and had to replace the carrier because of it.
Drilling the bolt out doesn't seem like that big of a deal, I've just never dug into diffs, so I have no clue how hard it is to get the carrier out. And if it costs a mechanic more than $150 or so, I might as well throw this piece of shit out and look for a better axle.

Pull the shafts halfway out the tubes, take the 4 carrier bolts and straps out (make sure the straps and bolts go back in EXACTLY how they came out, same side, same bolts, same holes) and yank the carrier out. Might be a little slut trying to get out, so you will have to mess with it to jiggle it loose.
but yes, a 14 bolt would be tits
