Figured I'd post up my build thread here at Mall Crawlin too. This place needs more chicks!
Bought her in August 2009 with 92K on her. My dad was helping me look and other than it having to be a Jeep, I really only had 1 requirement: NO GOLD!
I guess I made an exception for this one. I named her HellBitch and she certainly is a GoldDigger!

This jeep has been a huge learning experience. After paying almost $50 to get my oil changed I decided to start changing it myself with better oil. I first used synthetic blend then switched to full synthetic from valvoline. I just jumped in head first to the world of Jeeps after that.
LONG ARMS!!!
I couldn't help myself! I had to add something girly!
Let the cutting begin! I was a little nervous throughout the entire process
New Springs VS Old
Found out my transmission is leaking a bit. looks like the bolts were over tightened... Thats what I get for not doing it myself
One of the few things I could help with in the install. I found out shortly after this picture was taken that I needed pants... I'm an idiot
Shawn cutting off the old control arm bracket with a plasma cutter
The crossmember and new brackets in and ready to be welded!
Shawn working his magic
looks like not all the damage was fixed after my accident.
New Springs and Shocks installed
Front all Done! Just needed a few adjustments!
Starting on the rear
New endlink VS old.. I wish I would have taken a picture of the wimpy sway bar in the back compared to the new Addco swaybar. Its about 3x as thick
Decided to go ahead and replace my steering stabilizer while I was at it
My giant Ugly stock muffler. We cut it off just after the resonator
Shawn doing more cutting
Grinding down where shawn cut. I'm slowly getting better
Getting her all put together!
Sitting next to my neighbors WJ
And yes, tires and wheels will be changed out..hopefully in 2 or so weeks
A HUGE Special Thanks to Raul, Dave for all their hard work and an even bigger thank you to Shawn for opening up your garage and welding everything together so perfectly!!

Looking good I like the pink Claytons. Welcome to MC eat shit and enjoy your stay lol.
haha well thanks! I'll be redoing the pink again with some better paint. I didnt put a clear coat on cause I knew we would be grinding them down anyway. I might add pink the the actual arms and maybe my tie rod or steering stabilizer but I'm not positive yet. I don't want to over do it.
maybe too much for a guy... but definitely not a girl.
HAHA nice.
Welcome to MC. I don't know of a single female that has lasted longer than 1 week, but since you've already got a build thread started I think you've got potential
Good looking dub. Now let's see some pics off the concrete!
edit: after I posted this, I just realized that my avatar and signature may be a bit deceiving....I'm a straight dude (not to be confused with zj95maxx)

LMFAO Tyler! Additional info NEEDED eh?
Cool to see ya made it over here, and good progress so far!
what size and kind of tire/wheel combo?
As soon as she's worthy, I'll take her off road. I need to get those tires and wheels on first....and a tc skid. I don't wanna end up breaking something that should have been protected to begin with... I'd feel pretty retarded.
and I need to troubleshoot the odd little noise that only comes up when I take my foot off the accelerator on the highway... any ideas?
I took the front driveshaft out and it still made the noise. i replaced my Ujoint on it anyway cause it was about that time. I'm going to recheck my pinion angles when I get a chance
I'm looking at 15x8 wheels (probably soft 8s) and 33x12.5x15 BFG KM2s. I'm still eyeing those maxxis trapador radials though.. Ive heard they dont last on the street though...I can't find much on them though

Drive about 250 miles north and do some wheeling in CS, you might find a couple Grand's out there (if jfowlzj95 ever gets his done )
I'm running 15x8 soft 8's on my ZJ with 33x12.5 Wrangler Duratracs, and like them so far. There are a few pics of the tires in my build thread. I'd go with Duratracs or KM2's if it gets alot of street time.

Im gonna eventually put my goodyear mtr/k's on my pos I read alot of good things about them before I pulled the trigger on my set
Good progress so far, welcome to MC. Now tits or GTFO!
Epic boob fail!
It may be because I've been drinking, but I do not understand this.
I'm pretty sure 95% of the people on this forum have ZJ's and WJ's. But yeah.....you'd be the only person without a "hangy down" if you don't have one. And Maxx. So there are two of you. You and Maxx.
