Guess I shoulda went here first.

Been wheeling a while but had an LJ for the main toy and built a Sami with and for my son. Due to recent changes in the family and the need for more seat room, we decided to sell the LJ and by a Grand. Found a nice 5.9 in Colorado for a far better price than the ones here in AZ so we picked it up and plan the build as a expedition rig insted or the Rock crawlers we are used to. The LJ is currently up for sale, when it goes, I should have some funds to start the grand..

The LJ (yes it has forbidden shiny on it, it was detailed and for sale)

    This is the old Sami

He/we traded it for a DD for him

Then I have my 09 Super Duty F350 4x4 LB 4dr! It pulls the 5th wheel, but we have wheeled it and I also use it for SAR vehicle recoveries.

    This is the new Baby

Hey guys, I've been reading threads on this site ever since I got my grand. Site seams pretty cool and I have definitely had some opinions on some of the stuff I have been reading so I thought I should register. Anyway I have a '98 5.9 that I bought a little while ago it's pretty clean and it runs good so I thought I might as well look into mod'ing it as soon as posible. Its my dd so I would like to keep it coservative with maybe the old standby hp44/8.8 combo, some 35'' mud terrains, Iceland Offroad flares and bumper and as small of a lift as I can get away with. Well that's the rough idea anyway.
