It was really fun. I have a video of me getting on it up a hill but can't seem to upload it here for some reason.

It was a lot of fun in the snow. There was a guy in our group that had ridden up there at least 40 times, never in the snow, he said this was the first time he had to use 4 low and had to throttle down on all the obstacles.

So wheeling in the snow back in January turned out to be the last time I would ever wheel the ZJ. I sold the Jeep yesterday to a guy in Gypsum Colorado, so you left coasters may see it on the the trail.

I am not getting out of wheeling completely, just going to enjoy it from the passenger seat or a while when I have a chance.

Sure was hard watching the jeep leave.

I know, it sure wasn't from a lack of trying, we just could never get our junk running at the same time. I am still going to head down to URE some this year, maybe I can catch a ride in your passenger seat sometime.

Talked to the guy that bought my jeep the other day, he asked if I ever had any noise in the rear diff, I said no and asked why he asked. Turns out the first trip he took in the ZJ the gears exploded, but didn't take out the detroit. Guess I sold it at just the right time.

The same thing happened to the buyer of my old 8.8. Selling vehicles and parts is an art.

I know. He actually contacted me to see if I wanted to buy it back. I asked him why he was selling and he said he needed something bigger, plans are to build a 2500 cummins with 42" or 44" tires apparently.
