cleaned and mocked up
the "bull" bar
finished!
man, those welds are scary. The ones on the right side arent even touching both metals...
Lose the bug shield man.....WTF. The bumper mounts need to be rewelded. Grind down the welds that already on there, not all the way down to unibody tin, just flush with the thicker material. Then weld it again(uphill)....you penetrated the unibody fine just didnt get any on the brackets. Welds look to cold for thicker metal also. Go ahead and trim the bumper to stop right at the end of the metal, instead of hangin out past the fender.
okay now thank for the constructive "words"
the issue was that we had 20 min. till the shop closed so he threw some welds on I did not see them till I got home and when I talked to him he said the weld was'nt sticking to the body at all so we will be "re-welding" the back plate
and no I like my bug guard so until it breaks off...
I decided to go a little long on the ends so when I put the fender tubing on it will meet there!

The welds on the brackets look much better. Are you having someone else do the welding for you?
the sliders begin
test fit.
is that one of those special grass sliders?
my wife says "I don't want it to even look like it has steps" (ie, her sticker that says "my trucks lifted cause fat chicks can't jump!")
are you going to spray them black or bedliner them?
3/16 x 1.5"x3" rails 1/2" x 3"x3" end cap.
