Why would you get rid of the roof rack you have on there?

I didn't get it yet, I just guessed on the price cause I didn't feel like looking up the price. I just figured it was around 500-600 dollars.

It's pretty tall and I've had a few problems with low branches. I also love the KOR roof rack.

New IRO replacement rear track bar came in today. Thanks IRO.

I don't know if I explained what was happening on here. The way the old one was set up made it rub on the top bolt and diff cover of the rear axle. I didn't know this was happening until KOR pointed it out to me when they repaired my brake lines and shock. It had worn about a 1/3 of the way through.

Here they are. This kit is 100% pure beef, pictures give them absolutely no justice. The guys with them know what I'm talking about. I just snapped a few quick pictures in the garage, if you want any close up's of anything let me know.

That's all I took, like I said if you wanna see more of anything just let me know and I'll go take it.

Took off all my stickers today. Also taking off my roof rack when I get home, and probably the bumper as well. I hope I can find my factory roof rack or I'll have to jack one off a junked 5.9. Reason why I was taking the roof rack off is because before it was on I was getting like 210 miles to a tank, now it's down to like 155-160. I'm either going to keep it just for when I go offroad or get rid of it altogether. Claytons go on Wednesday and the rear bumper will be ordered some time in May.
No stickers, I like it better.

You lost nearly 60 mpg with just the roofrack? Have you been wheeling more since the install? Seems alot to loose from just a rack.

That's like 3 miles to the gallon that I'm losing. That's about what people said I would lose.

Damn, I wouldn't have expected so much. I guess the lights kill any aerodynamic properties you might have had to begin with. Hell, throw a nice parachute out the rear hatch while your at it!! Lol. It'd looked pretty good, but for a 3 MPG loss, I'd ditch it too...

thats only if they are engine upgrade related
96 ZJ swapped in 5.2, 242, 14bolt rear, big ugly home brew bumper, 7.5" of lift in the front 9" in the rear, long arms, hummer wheels with 37s... (dont worry front axle is next)

It should be heavy. Weight is a sign of reliability. If it doesn't work, you can always hit him with it.

Hey, looks like mine!! Except the paint isn't chipping, the bumper is in one piece, and it isn't lifted. Ok, so it doesn't look exactly like mine. Keeping it as a DD? or Parts, lol.

No I don't own it anymore, I sold it last summer after I picked up my 5.9. I drove it around for a year then decided a 5.9 would be way more fun. If I didn't find my 5.9 when I did I would have been lifting the white 4.0 because I had all the lift and tires ready to go on it.
