not sure if this is in the right forum, move it if you want

will this hold or instant implosion. I know the D30 is probably sketchy but I think the 8.8 will be pretty solid

    4.88's
lockright HP30 with alloys & yukon alloy ujoints
full spooled 8.8 with stock shafts

not too many rocks around here, but some pretty good hils and ravines. This will be 90% trail and driven to/from on the highway. I have had a rear detroit before, how much worse is the spool on the street?

Mine's been doing fine. It's a mini spool, and showing definite signs of wear, but it's been in for over 4 years.

The spool will be more predictible. Keep the tires aired up and it should be fine on the street.

only a few times that was an inprogress pic of herculining the interior. ended up having to redrill the bolts for the seat further back, these older (pre 95') xjs suck in the legroom department.
