Had a chance over the weekend to mount the wheels with the tires. Here's a pretty good idea of what we did.

Here's the 15x10 TrailReady beadlocks with 3.75 backspacing.

And here are the 36.8"x13.5" x15 Bias ply Super Swamper Iroks that are getting mounted on the TR's.

Seating the tire onto the wheel.

And finally getting that tire to settle.

Shot of the old valve stem.

Taking a blade to the valve and cutting it out.

    Out with the old.

    In with the new.

    Shiny new valve.

Line it up and screw it in. I believe it was valve, rubber, insert, rubber, concave washer towards the rubber, nut, nut both 12mm.

And time to mount the ring.

And what I learned from doing the 1st tire is that I have terrible short term memory. So what I did was cut out 18 small pieces of paper and taped them next to each bead in a star pattern so that way I could reduce the time it took to torque down all the bolts.

    Fuzzy's turn at the beads.

Maxx and Smithers going at it.

    And vwalla, mounted beadlocks.

And then I rinsed, lathered, and repeated on the others.

I'll be putting the dyanbeads and airing the tires up here in the very near future. Helpful tips that I learned with the install. Cut the valve stem prior to mounting the tire on the wheel. Use soapy water or a lubricant to help seat the tire over the wheel. And of course above all be patient, they take A WHILE

Thanks, appreicate the compliment. I rub at 3/4 turn on the 35's so I'm pretty sure I'll need to trim for the Iroks I'm going to try and not cut the ARB or the TR rear if possible, haven't decided how much I want to trim on the body. 1st lip or 2nd...decisions decisions

I'm thinking it's going to fit either way. How much trimming have you done Roni on your body? I'm still debating the 1st lip or 2nd

That would be you cutting up to the 1st lip that I was referring too. The 2nd lip would be no bulge left

It's a tough choice, plus with the tube fenders I'd be putting on there.

    4" cut-off wheel. Then I used some door-edge trim so I wouldn't cut myself
