Upper mount rebuilt - mostly anyways
Run a long 9/16" bolt through the unibody and through that hole you torched to keep it from moving/tearing the sheetmetal. Other than that, looks good!
It attaches to the little ''L'' bracket that the trackbar bolts too. I pulled mine out and that's why my unibody tore apart. IIRC it's a 14mm bolt from the factory, but you should be able to remove the nut and run a longer SAE bolt, unless you have easy access to larger metric hardware. Probably not 100% necessary, but it's nice insurance.
Need to re-work swaybar discos a bit.
I just realized that the steering has been done for a while now but I've been to busy to get a decent picture.
Yesterday I finished my 8.8 diff cover. We'll see if my assembly process was enough to prevent too much warpage on the ring. Hopefully it won't leak when sealed up with RTV.
Got my long arms finished!... can't get the bushings installed.... 30 ton press and it won't budge any further...
Did you try sticking the bushing in the freezer and heating up the metal?

That did the trick. Thanks!
Excited to get these things bolted on... I keep reading that it improves the ride quality and I'm all for that now.
I know longarms improved the ride of my jeep quite a bit
I installed the arms and dropped it off for an alignment. I'm not super thrilled with the specs they gave me after aligning it. Caster was set to 6.5*. I now have some pretty noticeable drive line vibes.
I guess I should have specified if I wanted it different. I think most people shoot for about 4-5*.
What's the pinion angle look like ? The joint before the pinion has to be completely straight, it's kinda a compromise
Angle from pinion joint (appears to be about 5.5* or 6*):
Driveshaft angle (about 8.5* or 9*):
Caster (6.5*):
Take a picture of the driveshaft and pinion

Rotate your pinion up, lessen the caster a bit in exchange for a better driveline angle. It's a balancing act with factory axles, try to find the best of both worlds.
I settled on around 4.5* for caster. Vibes appear to mostly be gone, but the steering does wander just a bit. Like you said, a bit of a compromise.
