Cliffhanger, Elephant Hill, Gold Bar Rim, Pritchett, and Spike. Spike is still out there (big surprise) and I think Elephant Hill is too but not sure. I know Mark Caruso broke a 44A shaft on Pritchett, and Pam ripped apart my front right brake line. There was a guy on GBR that ripped some UCA brackets off the unibody too. Decent amount of carnage today it sounds like. We just finished getting my shit back together, and there's a group up on Pritchett helping Mark get his rig off the trail.

    Another day in paradise!!!!

Even given all the carnage I would rather be there than here.

Spike was great!! We had a little carnage but Tom had welding and Ryan was back and running. Beautiful day and great ppl. John did an awesome job as trail lead and was great to see Tom's (z) wk rig.

Will post up my pictures soon!!

Time for beer and get ready for tomorrow.

That WK looks pretty cool! I have tore off my rear driver uca mount twice and recently had it welded and reinforced, so hope that doesn't happen again.

So Elephant Hill got back pretty late last night. We had already gotten back, fixed our carnage, showered, ate, drank beer, and then the guys from Elephant Hill showed up. They had QUITE the day out there, but that's a story that I think would be best told by one of the guys that was there, but WOW.

I've got a metric shit-ton of pics (roughly 700) from Thursday and Friday currently resizing. Hoping to be able to start uploading them before we leave, but that may not happen.

    Here's where they're gonna be:

And since nobody from the Elephant Hill Run has chimed in yet, there was one or two other people who were on the scene before them. They were able to radio the Park Rangers who came in and got everything handled.

    Pretty crazy shit.
I was one of the fist ones on the scene. We had a nice little hike to a place called the joint and about half way up the trail we see this wrekage. 3 or 4 of us were standing there looking when my brother-in-law noticed a hand. At this point I seen it to and went in and looked at the plane inside was one man strapped into his seat belt with some pretty narly facial damage and the other guy was only seen by his feet which were under the plane. I hiked back out and tried to reach some one on the radio. It was my first time seeing a dead body. Then on hells revenge the next day a guy on a trial bike stuck his finger in the sproket almost removing the tip of his finger. The 2 doctors on the trail (sorry I am really bad with names) got him ready for transport and I ran him out to the E.R. made it from hells gate to the entramce in about 30 minutes. At this point the wife was done with the weekend so we wne home. Pretty eventful first GSW.

First responder was my wife Bridget (nearly EMT certified, she's passed her show and tell portion, written test is next), Stan Jack (ScamperZJ) and David Bruce (HalfDoc) came running up Hell's Gate to treat the patient. Bryant ran him to the hospital, and he was flown to SLC for reattachment.

**Edit: Oh yeah, David heard from the ER doc, ER was almost disappointed to have to unwrap it to evaluate. Pretty sure "artwork" was used. Nice job Stan and David.
