I have my suspension where I like it for short offroad, problem is when I go on an extended trip and load all the camping gear, I lose 1"-2" in the rear.
JKS does not show the ACOS available for the rear of the ZJ, but it looks like you could make them fit. That would sure solve the adjustability problem at the rear springs.
Has anyone tried them on the rear, and if so, how did they work out?
Thanks,
Woody
I thought I saw them a while back but I'm not positive. But I dont see why you couldn't use a set of front all you need to is remove part of the pinch seem on the flat side.
You can also buy them through http://kevinsoffroad.com The minimum lift if I recall is 1.25" so you may need to change the springs you have to make them work at your current height.
I run air bags in the back of my 5.9 to keep it level when loaded down. They work well and I assume they would work ok in lift springs as well. They don't cost that much and you can just air up when needed.
I did ACOS in the rear of my ZJ years ago. Im sure there is a write-up on JU, if I get time I'll search for it later.
I have some Teraflex adjustable spacers on the front of my ZJ they slide onto the spring retainer and you bolt them in place. This would also work for the rear because the spring retainers are the same size. Im not sure if they make them anymore though
Rusty sells his spacers for only $200. They show the guys on Truck U installing them on top of his LA Suspension, so we know they fit the back just fine.....

If money was nothing and checks were free, then I don't think you could beat the JKS ACOS with the air bump stops installed into them for $900.

I just bought some from Kevins, they came with a flat spot machined into the side to clear the unibody. No cutting, tweaking...nothing just popped them in place.
