According to our records, 15 drivers have signed up for the Banquet (and about half that have actually paid). If you have not signed up and are planning on going, please sign up now.

If we only have 30-40 people (average 2 attendees per driver) that plan on going to the Banquet, we probably can't justify the use of Canyonlands and may just need to cancel the Banquet.

I'm in, paid and everything. Good to go... Now if I could just say the same for the ZJ. It will be ready, we have plenty of time (I see some midnight wrenching happening to get it done).

Which means you're not going to the Banquet, unfortunately. Payment needs to be received by April 27.

Tom, if things look that bleak, alternate plan A, what about that pizza place (stone fired oven?) I thought that they had a banquet room in back (or at least rope some space off) and the all you can eat pizza or order your own could be an option. Not as nice or secluded but hey its Alternate plan A. Plan B- McDonalds Parking Lot.

One option would be Pizza at the Park.
Charge a few bucks for a slice or two and a coke.
    No frills, simple and cheap.
Or BYOF (food) to the Park if people can't agree on pizza.

BTW, I did sign up for the Banquet and will pay.
I'm just throwing out an option since Tom said the sign up list is low.

I haven't decided quite yet. Not sure if I have someone coming with, so I don't wanna just buy one and then tell them they can't go, but on the other hand I don't wanna shell out 30 bones just in case.

Pizza in the park would be fun (just no adult beverage).

I am still trying to work out some last minute details. I have the cut off date in my calender. If it matters, only one of the Bruce clan attending this year.

The deposit has already been paid to Canyonlands by Night, so the banquet will be held there. As for having more tickets than you may potentially need, there are usually a few people looking for last minute tickets so you probably wouldn't be out any $$.

It just showed up in our mailbox yesterday!!

For those who are paying by check, we won't be cashing them until the final payment date has arrived.

There is a chance that I might actually make it to the bank this week (who does this anymore?) and if that happens, I'll do a round of deposits for what I have received already this week. The rest will wait till the final payment is due.

It's a little less than 2 weeks till I have to have my final count in and a little more than 6 weeks till banquet. So get your RSVP in if you haven't already!
