OK so I decided to post some pics of my completed Jeep work over the past few years. Since, I am doing this all at once I'm mostly going to put up the completed pics for now, but I do have more pics of most of the builds so if you see anything you'd like to see closer, let me know what you want to see, and I'll post it up if I've got it.
Also, I'm not going to bother with of too much of the purchased items, as you've all seen them before, but rather the stuff I've fabricated, so that hopefully I can provide some ideas and insight to others out there.
Please bear in mind that these pics area covering the last 3-4 year, so you may see certain variations on my setup that no longer exist.
For starters a brief rundown on my setup includes (**UPDATED 5/12/08**):
Mostly stock 5.2L w/ Auto Trans and Atlas II 4.3:1 Transfer Case
Claytons Longarms w/ 4.5" Rubicon Springs w/ Acos (front) and Poly (Rear) spacers for about 5.5" of lift
35" BF Goodrich KM2's
10" Bilstein 5150's (Triangulated in rear)
Ford 8.8 w/ Yukon 4:11 Gears and Eaton E-Locker
Waggy Dana 44 w/ Yukon 4:11 Gears and Eaton E-Locker
True Highsteer
Custom work you'll see here includes:
Front Bumper, Rear Bumper, Diff Skids, Roof Rack, Sliders, Transfer Skid, 8.8 Bracketry, and most of the Dana 44 Bracketry
Here are a few of the Transfer Case Skids and Sliders:

Is your rear truss suposed to be off center? i really like your low profile rack though
oh ok i see now your the guy building the rear bumper... i really like that, i take back the origional coment about the rack, i think you coulda done better
Very nice. Does your rear shock crossmember just bolt to the uniframe? Or is it welded also?
Looks really good, nice and clean. How do you like the ected?
Looks good. How is your rack mounted to the crossrails?
I got rid of the flimsy triangle shape rail that was one it and squeezed either 1x1 or 3/4x3/4 (I forget which fit) into the factory plastic moulding underneath the rail. Drilled oversize holes in the top to access and use all of the threaded insert from the factory roof mount to bolt it down. I then attached some 3/4" angle iron to the new rail and built the rack off of that.
No complaints. When I first put it in, I had trouble with it engaging, but one call to Auburn, and they gave me some tolerance specs to check on the magnet, and it turned out I didn't have it seated quite enough. After that no issues. Personally, I like the comfort of knowing that the locker will disengage if it gets really bound up since it is on a small axle, but yet I can't say it has ever popped free when I needed to be locked up.
Plus, only having to run a couple of wires to it was a big plus to me for installation purposes.
Nice rig
Nice looking rig man.
Do those diff skids ever become anchors?
Great lookin front bumper? it's perfect in my opinion! I like the way you have it curve around and it follows the lines nicely!! It looks beefy and I love the low winch mount. Did you build this in the same manner your building the rear?

How do you like that Sway Loc front?
Assuming it's for a TJ as that's all that ORO lists on their site.
