    Thanks guys. I'll be doing the lowers on the frame rail.

    Also, since I've got this thread going, anyone ever thought of doing or know if it's possible to do a double triangulated 4 link in the rear of a ZJ?

    Koz Offroad has done one, they did the double triangled front and rear...

    Bah, screw it, doing the front will be enough of a headache. I'm just going to see if I can get the Clayton rear brackets and build off that.

    Also I'm thinking of using 3" joints for the front because those links (especially the upper) will see a lot of force. Overkill? Will a 2.5 (or 2.63) joint do? I'm looking at Ballistic's Joints.

    At that size I'm more concerned about the bracket itself, not the joint.

    explain? Sorry, I've only welded arms together, never the mounts.

    Have you priced anything made by clayton?

    Yes.
    I don't want radius arms up front.
    I may just buy the rear Clayton set up though.
    I'll just got with the smaller Ballistic joint since that's what a brackets use anyhow.
