Adding install of my new KOR TB conversion (thanks JSteves) - just have to wait until he sends me the jam nut he left at the machine shop.
Fuck it, handing my AC off to a shop - accumulator hose has a leak and it's dripping PAG oil on the header shield. At least then I'll know I've got good AC.
hopefully i can get all this locked in before moab...

Updated
Cooling issues not completely fixed, contemplating calling up Performance Radiator and telling Radiator Barn to eat this piece of shit - haven't confirmed it, but I think the pig is leaking...grrr. Luckily, temp is peachy-keen, so not top priority.
Short arm install this month
Aussie when it gets here
Brake lines - I'll burn the stockers off if I have to
Kinda thinking front Addco is in the future - my < 1 year old JKS adjustable trackbar may be sold soon.
Top priority is AC though - NOT going through the cooking I did last year
When is this thing again?
I need to put a new rear axle under my truck, fix a few other things, install a bypass filter, injectors, turbo, exhaust, fender flares, air filter, etc, etc, etc.
The Jeep... I need to see if it even starts first since it's been parked since December. Then I need to make a new trackbar for it and put in a new electric fan. Also was thinking of building a false floor in the back to store the tire and other junk.
Pretty much what I'm thinking Dave - after replacing most of my damn cooling system, I'm still smelling coolant somewhere. Pretty confident it's that damn CSF. Upper and lower hoses are good (top brand new, lower less than a year), bypass is new. Water pump is new, stat is new, and the housing and block side were cleaned like a meth addict before sealing the shit out of it, no evidence of leakage from either heater hose. Going to pick up some dye that I had Napa bring in to see if it's the radiator...I'm pretty confident that's where the smell is coming from. Fawking tired of replacing radiators - that's something I didn't really want to get good at
I intend to call up an AC shop this week to at least get the accumulator scheduled. I promised the wife we'd have AC this year, and damnit, I'm gonna succeed
Sounds just like my CSF rad. The leak was at the bottom somewhere. It started off just smelling it then it finally started getting worse over a few months.
1) rear sway bar
I'm heading out to Moab at the end of March, we'll see if that changes anything.
Ordered a RSS diff cover and some gear oil from Dirk...waiting for it to show up and then I'll do a gear oil maintance before the trip. Changing my oil today and replacing the window regulator.
Quick update:
1. Brackets are installed, all new brake hardware has arrived, gears get done next week!
2. Found a set of UCA's (Thanks NaturalBornMudder)
3. I haven't found an HP30 dammit, but I have another LP30 with 4.56's to swap in.
4. Acquired V8 setup, so I'll be doing the u-turn at a later date.
5. To do when I swap the axles.
6. The 8.8 coil bracket is taller, so I think I'll have the clearance. Either way, I plan to cut the bumper.
WishList
a. cargo drawer - haven't had time/resources
b. Moved the intake/filter, will try to get it installed in the cowl. Still scratching my head on this one.
c. In process. I have a spare rear wiper bezel that I'm working on. Does anyone have a cnc press brake or cnc plastic router?
Not on either list - Got a winch mounted and wired up. Need to replace motor mounts, but I'm going to work with Bryant to see if we can build our own. Should be pretty pimp if we can make it work!
Just a little more than 2 months left. It'll be here before you know it! Lots of work to do still!
OK, a number of these things just aren't going to get done due to the budget. However, I did get the Currie Antirocks put in - I'll do a little wheelin' this weekend and report back.
Also got the following done:
-flushed radiator, changed oil and spark plugs
-welded loose section of exhaust
-found a crack in the front driver's side lower control arm, had that welded/reinforced
-installed the Euro ZJ headlamp upgrade (Euro headlamps, headlamp relay harness, PIAA H4 bulbs)
Still on the wishlist: better rock lights

My 4.56 gears are all in, Aussie coming in today, front diff cover on the way, install hopefully this weekend or next. I just need spare parts now and i'll be set to go.
Everyone should put check motor mounts on their list. I had my track bar out which revealed that the metal part of my driver side mount was cracked 99.9% of the way through. So I decide to replace both. The bushing on the passenger side was 99.9% shot. I would not have even finished a trail, that is, even if I made it to Moab like that.
I'll post a pic if I get a chance, kind of bizzare.
DAMN!!! You guys doing burnouts with 35's???? LOL - that's how I blew mine. When I got my 242 in and finally had 2 wheel drive, I was spinning them 33's like a freshman with in his mom's Corsica.
I only blew out the rubber part though!
You guys are freaking hardcore!
I really hope that we can bring our new motor mount ideas to fruition!
Dan, if you could come up with a better (poly?) motor mount for the 5.2, you bet yer ass I'd buy it. Motor mounts are one thing that really aren't that hard, but they're a fucking pain in the ass. I'd love to put my last one in
You can check out my build thread, I have some aftermarket motor mounts on mine and I really like them.
Here is a link

about 1/2 way down the page.
Awesome - thanks Dirk! I'll check those out.
