What do you need help with? You already know how to do the tcase end, and you know if you use an impact on the pinion nut you can mess up the bearing preload...

Just fitted the multiple carden driveshaft from carolina driveline, tokk it for spin 40km and faster vibes and noise (ricking or clicking) soudns like a helicopter taking off.
Any ideas?

Im starting to think it could be the angle coming out of the transfer case because when looking at it it kind of goes up then comes down towards the diff.
If that is the problem dont know how to fix it unless lowering the suspension 2" and I already have transfer case spacer.

My ZJ just broke the front CV joint! I am guessing this a common problem with a common solution. Searches turn up nothing so far but i will keep looking. If someone can point me in the right direction I would be greatful. Thanks
