Are the tabs for roof panels? Did I miss you saying that at some point along the way?

    updates......

I got some work done on the buggy:

    -New skins
    -new exhaust gaskets
-trimmed the fan mount so it stops rubbing.

i also put a length of 1/2" round bar on the rockers. i'm hoping this will make an edge to stop rocks from running up on the skins and bending the plastic. we will see.

tomorrow i will hopefully get the rar suck down winch mounted, make a cooler rack, tool box mount , and fluid storage. all in all just making the buggy more trail friendly.

Hey man, buggy looks awesome! I also dig the ZJ inspired front end, back to the roots.

I'm so glad you didn't end up selling the buggy!

How did you mount the ZJ headlights to a tube chassis? No way you used a header panel. I'm going to try to narrow and tube my front end and want to use the ZJ headlights, but not sure how I'm going to mount it all to a tube frame.

to be honest they are not mounted well.
they were riveted to the tube with a small tab. one light fell off so its zap straped to the tube....In american thats tie rapped.
