more progress. this is two hours of bending yesterday and then between 6:30PM and 11PM today
    The work space

    computron

    passenger side done

    drivers side on the jig

the frame rails mocked up roughly. THis is how wide it will be but the are not parralele and the jack stands suck

The front suspension mounts (lower) i'm into this style of batwing gusset right now. i dont' knwo why but i love the look

    the whole thing

    one side done.

the roof line is higher then i thought btut it is deceving its on an angle right now then i level it out it dropp 2" plus i dont' have the driveline and the atlas is much bigger then the d300 modeled. so i'l be sitting higher. The roof is 2" lover then the ZJ buggy.

    here she sits!!!

56" OA width. i didn't measure the height.

I wont do the final assembly of the chassis till later on in the month.

and once again because of the jack stands the roof is leaning in a bit. so that weird angle will be gone!

Very nice, but aren't you worried about that chair not having enough side support when you get in a tippy situation?

This person should be taken as seriously as a heart attack while piloting a zeppelin over a bacon factory, which is the most serious of heart attacks, because if that zeppelin crashes into that bacon factory all of us will be without bacon and that simply will not do.

i picked up a ZJ hood, headlights, fender, side lights and a rear license plate pocket (the one on the ZJ tailgate. and a third brake light from a 98.

I got a surprize for the body panles. this thing is gonna look identicle to a ZJ

i'm getting a 1" die for the bender. so i can bend my dash to follow the lines of a 93-95

shoudl be the bomb dope-ist shit!!
