Thinkin maybe 7/15? That should give me time to get the 35's on, get my t-case fixed and driveshaft shortened up and make sure everything works and will be a nice "let's make sure everything works" run.

Was the driveshaft too long? We talked about that being a possible cause.

That's my story and I'm stickin to it. I still haven't pulled the case apart, but I tried pulling the shaft apart and it was a no go. Only thing I can think of is the end of the splines was bottoming out and the end is mushroomed not letting it separate which would be consistent with the driveshaft too short theory.

I may be down. Also if you need another yoke let me know I have one you can have. I may be heading down your way soon to pick up a hp30 front with 4.10s. I may have it in by then. Another option, Joy works with someone who live in the rock, she may be able to give it to her and you could pick it up there. Let me know.

Ken, the yoke SHOULD be okay, and I've sourced another output shaft already. Gonna rip the case open Sunday so I'll know for sure by then.

Sorry I misread your post. I was thinking the yoke had the the mushroomed end and not the shaft splines. I wish I had some sort of reading comprehension.

I'm ok by the way. Surgery went well. Feel good! No drugs this time!

Doc said I should be OK to wheel in two weeks. Might end up sore. Just can't lift anything heavy really for 6 weeks.

If I break something someone will have to fix it for me.

So I'll go if you guys are OK with that.

Looks like we'll be there one way or another. If my ZJ isn't ready to go, Pam's is now. Got my t-case fixed, still working on tires, clearing the tires, and shocks. Also need to come up with a t-case skid that doesn't require a sawzall to drop the t-case.

Good to hear you're doin good Scott!

Good news Scott. Dave I'm sure you know how to clear the sheet metal for the tires.

Is it still in your truck and if so are you at your office? I am running errands today and can drop by this afternoon.

Or how about I wheel you driveway and do a donut on your grass?

Naw, I took it out of the truck to haul tires everywhere. It's sitting in my garage right now. I can throw it in the truck if you want though.

Thank you all. I hurt allot more today. I guess the local didn't really wear off until 11:00 or so last night.

I guess we forget about pain because I don't remember it being this bad 13 years ago. But I'll muster though it. I will not take any persc. pain killers.

    They just make me sick.

After my ankle surgery Advil did better than any of the prescriptions they gave me. Vicodin and either Hydrocontin or Oxycontin, can't remember which, neither one did a thing, and no cool side effects either.

My Jeep is almost definitely out for this, but if we're in town we'll take Pam's up there.

We are still in for Sunday morning and Wheeler Lake. We need to leave pretty early as I have a flight for Atlanta at 6:30 Sunday Evening.

I am hoping to leave the Denver area around 7-7:30 am.

Still a very off-chance that we'll make it. They took my grandma off her IV last Monday, nothing to eat or drink since then and she's still alive and kicking, somehow! Sunday will probably be our drive day to MN, but if nothing's happened yet we might be up for some wheeling.
