Use this to post up specific plans on where you are coming from and plan on meeting from.

    Heading North From NC:
    Elliot Charlie, 93_5sp
Route: I-77 North through most of WV, then I-70 West through OH into IN. Planning on meeting the NJ/NY/PA convoys around 5pm.

    McDonald's
    102 W WASHINGTON ST
    JAMESTOWN, OH 45335

This is where the NC + NY/NJ/PA group intend to meet up at 5pm

    Heading West from NJ/NY/PA:
    Drewman, Overkill, Nierece, Ds4x4, (others?)
Route: Riding out most of I-70

    Heading East from IL:

    Ken/Wiley

Post up dates/time you are leaving and the route you plan on taking. After things start materializing I'll organize them and update this first post so people don't have to dig through a bunch of stuff.

I have a feeling this is the route Elliot And I are going to take. I think we'll leave Thursday morning probably and will meet up with the NE convoys in Ohio-ish area.

I'll be heading along 70 the whole way, leaving here Thursday late morning. I live about about 20 minutes from 70, so someone could even ring me when they get hear Washington, PA (that's where I get on.) My girl's probably meeting me there, but I might break off from the group to pick her up in Indianappolis.

I'll be towing, but since it's mostly flat I can maintain a pretty steady 80 assuming there's not too much wind.

I'll be running 70 out of baltimore, catch 68 then jump back up on 70 around washington PA. With a diesal and 4.33 gears in the tow rig wind shouldn't be a problem

    8 vehicle convoy?

I think I maj have another dub, a zj and maybe an xj (flameaway) joining me. I did however tell the guy with the GMC Jimmy he can't come.

all in all, so far 8-11 in our convoy

Me and a tj will be leaving baltimore around 8:00am. I'm guessing that will put us by washington pa. around 11am and then put us in the campground around 6pm. This leaves some time to set up the camper and stuff in the light.

It's much less comfortable than you would think. I did it one night when I was drunk and had the worst kink in my neck for like the next 3 days.
