Well, not trying to keep anyone guessing, but we are in the process of planning GSSW 2007 for *this fall* (not spring time). Those who have attended learned and we arizonians were reminded that March is the wettest month for AZ. The most rainfall of the year has not made for the best AZ wheeling experience in the past, so we are looking at September or October.

If anyone is aware of any other major 4x4 events that may conflict with a fall GSSW, please let us know.

So keep posted for updates and specifics.

The Fall might be a better time to take a drive to Arizona. Maybe you guys can make it in a Northern Part of the state. We could wheel the Grand Canyon or something. Might need bigger tires.

I obviously was kidding about the GC however it might be a good idea to go north or even to New Mexico. Just being selfish I guess.

Las Cruces is supposed to have great rocks and I wanna wheel there someday. But from So Cal it's 800 miles, further than it is to Moab. I guess that's almost as southwestern U.S. as Moab is western U.S.

    Not sure yet.

What are you doing up so late when you could be getting your rest and running Red Cone with us in the Morning.
