recent project. wanted the yj geometry, but needed to be beefed up.

i'm at about 5.5" lift, and already had my tracbar set-up. with some good guessing! the steering angles worked out awesome. no bumpsteer to speak of. angles are parrallel.

milled off the stabilizer hole. filled the hole with a taper and welded in.
(so i can get the sleeve over the tierod)

Nice! Does the passenger side of the SS go to the stock location or is it something you welded on?

once I get my 1-ton crossover set up done I too want to mill the tie rod for a wrench, the thought of adjusting it with channel locks makes me cringe.

welded a stud on. the coil pads/tracbar and ss hole and all that is cut off.
trac is up over the axle. the stabilizer is same as for inverted Y, i used my old one. it just fits behind the tierod, and comes about a 1/4" to the diff cover. the welded stud is hard up on the coilpad. not much room, but it fit.
