Ok so i just picked up 8 used adj control arms. but i dont know how to adjust them for my lift! im netting 5 1/4" of lift, so i was wondering if anyone knew what the arms should be set at. i have no clue, ive never done the CA's. i found a chart for the xj front measurments, are they the same as the zj, would the rear have the same measurments as the front?

thanks for any info!

Why not just measure what you have now and go from there to where you want your axles to sit at full compression??

You'll probably not find an easy answer because each person sets their CA length to accomodate the pinion angle they want and to center the axle to their liking. Start by using the same length as the CAs you have now and adjust as necessary for pinion angle and axle center within the wheel well.

Agreed. I started with the actual mesurment of the stock CAs.
Never did any either. But after some searching, looking at the RE instructions (they say 17.5 for rear lowers) and looking at the chart you have (found a similar one) i set mine up.
Rear is totaly up to you as you need to adjust your pinion angle for your lift.
Fronts are a little more tricky. My lowers are something like 16.5 and i cannot remember what the uppers are. (just did it this week and already forgot somewhere around 15.25). I have a little driveline vib, but then i have yet to switch my TC as planned and install the new driveshafts.

Caster is important in the front. I think i have mine about right at 7-7.5*
My rear pinion is at 12*. So i am leaving them there till i get the Driveshafts.
