Tonight I went to adjust my front track and found that rod would not twist for adjusting the length. I tried massive amounts of WD40 as well. I have an RE adj. front track bar.

i had a RE LCA that did that once. what i resorted to was putting a crafsman screwdriver thru the hole, slipped a big pipe over the screwdriver handle. put the other side in a vice and used the pipe/screwdriver like a breaker bar to get it off. i re assembled with a lot of antiseize on the threads...

i returned the bent screwdriver...

PB blaster. WD-40 doesn't do a DAMN thing.

PB blaster and slip a 4ft length of 1.75" .120 wall DOM over the end of your wrench and YANK

PB blaster, more leverage, and HEAT if it won't hurt any bushings it may be near.

I have a rule for vehicles worked on here: it gets antisieze, or it gets locktite. ALWAYS.

Werd, what junk WD is.

A big breaker bar, some heat and you should be able to break the nut free.

i don't even think i had my lift for a year, but i decided to adjust my rear upper control arms a bit to better the pinion angle, and those bolts were already seized. had to sacrifice 2 bolts through all the beating because i didn't want to put a torch near my new bushings, so that’s all i could do. so ya, don't skimp on the anti-seize.
