We went on this trail as part of a trip scheduled with the Grand Mesa Jeep Club's weekend in Moab, we did Poison Spider Mesa on Saturday. Most of the people just went for PSM and the couple of rigs that were going to do Bartlett Overlook experianced some shackle mount failures and a new drive shaft vibrations and didn't do this trail, their loss, so we did it by ourselves.

The trail is easy with a few moderate obsitcals, nothing that a DD w/skidplates couldn't do however. The really kicker for this trail is the scenery at the overlook. The obsitcals are great for someone looking to increase their skills and move up from easy to moderate trail comfort. This is why I suggested that my wife drive this as she has experiance driving in the San Juans around Ouray, Silverton, and Telluride areas, but not in in Moab. Some pictures follow and there is a link for the pictures from both days.
