im in desprate need of a decent welder- i rent so puting in 220v outlet isnt an option- im thinking of getting the premier- but the 600$ alternator kinda makes me puke in my mouth a little bit- theres the mobi-weld- but thats 800 alone- found a 160 amp (30 amps less then the premier) for 119$ then i have to mod it to work and i lose the 110v outlet (somewhat important to me)- then im at 920 plus shipping and the premier is 1100- they want 500 for the mig attachment but i rather get this-

http://www.mobi-arc.com/mobitig.htm

that SHOULD be able to work with the premier- then id have a 200 amp stick for the thick stuff and a 200 amp tig for the fine stuff and thick stuff
ARH ARH ARH and a 110v to run the griner and the coffe pot (i dont know they mentioned it a bunch)

the one thing that BLOWS is that the premier when welding or using the outlet switches the power AWAY from the engine electrical system and is completely devoted to the welder/outlet- where the mobi-weld continues to run the vehicles electrical system even while welding- i think thats sic-
so im kinda tossed up here- anyone got a sic deal on a 200 amp alternator with a 110 outlet on it :)

ive read through those- the porblem is that they require afremarket alternators- the space under the hood is a bit limited already and i was hoping to someday put this york in thats been kicking around for oba- running 2 altternators is an optin im not looking to get into-
