M.O.R.E. wheel spacer lug replacement

The nice people at my local tire store decided that I really only needed 3 lug nuts on my right rear tire, so they stripped two of my lugs. Since I really prefer to have 5 lug nuts when 'wheeling, I need to replace the lugs. I was resigned to the fact that I was going to have to replace my M.O.R.E. wheel spacers, but after thinking about it, I realize that I may be able to just replace the lugs. Does anyone know if the M.O.R.E wheel spacers have replaceable lugs?

Probably would be best to contact M.O.R.E. and ask them - I'd suspect they'd know.
