Well i'm convinced this swap can be done on a stock ZJ. I cannot say for sure but it looks like it would fit with all the sheel metal in there. You would probably have to have a K&N style air filter tho.
So here it is.
Brake booster and Master cylinder from a F350 mid 90's. In my pics i used a F250 MC because it has a 1-1/16" bore, the F350 has a 1-1/8" bore. i Have both MC's they are exactly the same dimensional wise. I figured that my buggy is light i do not need CRAZY breaking. but both will work.
This is the total assembly

The stock fire wall holes must be reammed out as the new Booster's stud pattern is a tad bit wider in all directions.

The stock break petal will work. it has the right amount of travel and the stud is located in the right location. The mounting wholes will also have to be reamed out. They do not need to be as enlarged horrizontally as the fire wall because the braket can stretched out just a bit due to its flimsy sheet metal constructtion.

The new booster and MC in place

Now the stud on the ZJ petal is only 7/16" OD and the coller on the Booster is a 9/16" ID so you will need to get a small peice of DOM tubing cut with a 7/16" ID and a 9/16" od approximatly 5/16" long to use as a bushing.

i will be making that tomorrow. then you need to run new lines and bleed the system.
