So I originally ordered 400 and 300 in/lb springs for my 16" SAW COs from Poly. But I got 400 and 500. That was way too stiff. So then I asked for 300 and 200 but got 250 and 250. What is anybody else running. The 250s seem too stiff still but I don't have a hood, fenders radiator or bumper yet. But when I stand on the radiator support it only moves like 1 1/2 inch and I weigh like 260lbs. Also how does everybody else deal with the brake booster/MC clearance issue, just curious. The coilovers are mounted almost vertically front to back and at about a 10degree angle left to right. The bottom is mounted at the very front of the axle. I assume all that will have some bearing on spring rate choices. I have seen most XJs running 200 to 250s it seems but alot of them are unibuggies. Most TJs are around the 150 - 200 range. I think I saw that Tommy was running 400s or something in his "suspension gutted" post? Any way just looking for some sort of helpful or at least humorous comments.

Try PMing PeakZJ. He's running 250/300 but said it is fairly soft. Search in general forum he had a build up thread in there.

In the rear I run 250 over 300 and the front I run 300 over for 450. I think my front is a bit stif. Rear works well though. Still only have 2wd since I haven't ordered the fron shaft but flexed it out some none the less. I should have brought my fucking camera, but it was a spur of the moment type thing.
