you could cut, sleeve, and reweld it fairly easy with some scrap tube.

sorry about the typing. yea i was plan on making my own for right now b/c nothing is running in the delivery area, at least not for another few weeks. I am putting a 4 inch lift on and the only thing i dont have is the rear track bar. I can order any heim joint from my dads works but a 1 inch female heim that i need is $163 ouch. i was thinking of doing what puma suggested about sleeving it and the tapping the inside and putting a male heim in it it would be cheaper but i was more worried about strength. or just build some kind of bracket with an adjustment built into it? Any ideas wold be great thanks in advance.

i figured that would be the easiest way to make the rear adjustable. I was just looking for the easiest way to do it. But it definatley wasn't the cheapest. If not 1 inch what do yall think is the smallest size i could go on the track bar and still be ok strength wise? i was just going to thread the bar and put a heim on it.

lol. look at the stock bolt size. almost 3/8" on one side and 7/16ths on the other. it is a rear track bar not a one link.

i must not have explained it well sorry. i mean the track bar was going to be an inch with about 3 inches of adjustment. the actual heim part was going to be 3/8s. It was so expensive b/c they don't make that particular heim in commerical standards only in industrial standards. sorry about the confusion.
