well the double upper arms were killing my radius arm flex. And the fact that i didnt' grease my frame side JJ's when i installed them they were seized solid. So this weekend i got busy.

i could not keep my jam nuts tight so this time i reefed on them with a 6' breaker bar and then tacked them in place.

i wouldnt trust you to paint my jeep in a body shop or anything but it is looking good. I like how you gusseted that upper mount, but is there really that much of a side to side stress on those brackets?

cause i get those blocks from work anytime i want. i didn't realize that my jeep is that high. next time i will have some at the proper hight.

and there isnt;' that much side stress on that braket. If it was side stress i was worried about i would have used just 1.4" plate. i'm worried abotu front to back. Thats why i used 3/4" plate. it is thicker spreading out the horizontal lateral movment. Either way its not going anywere now.
