I've just finished my long arms and am getting ready to make a track bar. Anybody have any suggestions of materials and geometry of the trackbar.

Front or rear? Basically connect points A and B and add bends so it doesn't hit anything at ride height or fully drooped / stuffed.

watch out when adding bends. I'f your going to bend it then either brace it or use thick wall material. My front one is 1.5" x .3125 wall. and braced right over the front pumpkin. My last RE one (1.25" x .250 Wall, with a bend) i was turning left and lost traction, spun the tires for a sec, caught traction and SNAP. track bar into the oil pan. Not fun.

If your going to build it do it right the first time.

I was more concerned with angles of the track bar some people have told me that to elminate bumpsteer it should be parallel to the drag link.

parallel with the drag link and try to keep it the same length.

An imaginary line connecting points A and B of the draglink and t-bar need to be parallel, but not the actual tubing itself if you add bends (hope that makes sense).
