OK, This is for a buddy with a TJ (Ya, this is a Grand forum, but since you all are the smartest wheelers on earth , I thought I'd ask here anyway...)

He is putting a 9" in the rear & wants to know the cheapest/easiest route to have the same bolt pattern wheels on the front.

I couldn't tell you where to get them (google might be a good start) but the easiest way would be a set of wheel spacers that step up/down to a different bolt pattern.

either get wheels with that bolt pattern, or spacers that adapt the wheel pattern. I don't know of d30 hubs with many bolt patern options.

yes

Warn also makes a hub conversion that's 5x5.5" for the D30

I know you can check out performance wheel for adapters:

www.performancewheel.com

They have pretty good prices on spacers & adapters

I am probably just talking out my ass here, but I would imagine that you could come up with a way to bolt up CJ Dana 30 hubs to a TJ 30. I don't recall ever seeing it, but I seem to remember a BillaVista article on building a hybrid 30/44 setup. I believe he went with a 5x5.5 bolt pattern, but I would think that's an awful lot of work to just change the bolt pattern.
