86 1ton SRW Ford axles. 3.54's hp60 BOM: 610255-1
asking 1000obo. Will separate.
Steering may or may not be on the 60. if the buyer needs it, then i'll let it stay.

Sorry. Can't use the 60 front. There isn't enough space on the driver side of the diff for control arm mounts. I need something earlier.

Edit: I just looked at my 79 HP60 and I bet there's no more than 2" more room there. Granted, it might be better, but it shouldn't keep you from not being able to use the later one.

The nice thing about the late model 60's is that the shafts don't neck down like the early 60's. So a strong shaft. But not much room to run the four link on the driver side.

Yes I want a measurement. need to figure out if I can the upper in there or not. if not then its triangulated wishbone 4 link, Full hydro

Casting to casting on my 79 is 5 3/8". Thats only 2 3/8" difference. I was almost dead on. I see very little problems with that difference.
Everything is still around too...
