these are my custom bushing

3" x .250" DOM with 1" grade 8 NF ready rod

these are the custom three peice bushings.

super soft outer peices for flex and very rigid inner ring to hol dthe pinion angle true they ride AWSOME freeking smooth.

that 3 piece bushing is kinda interesting. Where'd you get them?

i designed them and had a lcoal urthane company make them.

i got them for free. i can ask them but i'm sure tey wont be super cheep.

I could use 6 pairs of them, but they'd need to be rather specific dimensions (to fit the leafs on my SJ)...

...see, right now I have the leaf mounts on the frame setup so the leaf can pivot at that point, and it's a slider shackle in the back which also alows the leaf to pivot. The end result is that under flex, the leaf only flexes up and down, no twisting. This gives me a lot more flex and better spring life. If your bushings are soft enough on the outside, I can do the same thing but have quite a bit more clearance since I won't need my fancy pivot and shackle that take up some room.

i thought about custom machining some slider shaclkles before. but didn't these bushing are no meanse "Flex" Joints. they will flex but maybe +/-10 max. which is more then a standard poly bushing. not like you shacle setup tho.
