Ok picture whores  who's got a pic of how the park brake would go together. Also do I NEED to have the backing plate.. not the actual cast part that holds the caliper, but the sheetmetal mud collector. From what I see, there are 2 small pins that would hold the pads to the backing plate. I think maybe I'll keep that part and cut the rest off.. dunno. I have ruined too many sets of rotors from mud and junk getting stuck in there and wearing a groove.

I found out that to ship my Jeep this fall, I need a working park brake... which I haven't ever had, though it was in place on the D35 and I threw all that in a box over 2 years ago. I can't remember how it all goes together.

Yeah I still have all the parts and the cable which I'm happy I kept that stuff. I just can't seem to figure out the where the springs, adjusters, etc. should go. I thought I had taken some pics, but I had no idea where they went... or maybe I never did.

I'm going to try to figure it out this weekend... I just remembered I have the FSM... haha (deerrrr).. so I bet that will help me out.

Nate, you probably have your ebrake stuff long done by now but this photo is compliments of jim311. I was having trouble figuring out how the brake assembly went together and couldnt find ANY pictures of it. Jim saved the day but for the rest of the guys that need help later on, here is a picture of it.
