Since Im not getting many hits on selling my whole Jeep, Im thinking of just selling the tires and axles as a temporary solution.
'78 Ford High Pinion D44 front axle
-New 4.56 gears
-New Warn hubs
-Chevy flattop knuckle conversion (still has 5x5.5 bolt)
-New Chevy stubshafts with new Spicer 760 ujoints
-Partsmike HiSteer arms
-New rotors
-New Chevy 1/2ton Brake calipers
-New Spicer balljoints
-Brackets setup for XJ/TJ/ZJ. Has swaybar mounts and everything. Trussed upper control arm mount over the diff bolts onto the diff for added strength. Spring pads cocked a little down but not an issue, no bad spring bow. Have spare stubshafts and u-joints. Already sold the Lockrite.
'78 Ford 9" 31 spline big bearing rear axle
-Detroit locker
-4.56 gears
-Brackets for 4-link long arms. Adjustable spring perches to dial out bow. All mounts are flush with the axle. Still has drum brakes and 1310 yoke to fit stock size driveshafts. Will throw on some swaybar mounts if you want. Because of the width its easy to disconnect a bar.
Both axles are 65" wide. The Chevy flattop conversion alone was around $1000 for all new parts. So Im asking $1200 for the front and $600 for the rear or $1700 for both. I'll throw in the 1-ton Inverted T steering for $200 more. Both axles have all new seals and bearings.
I have 5 37x12.5x15" MT/Rs on AR polished aluminum 5x5.5 rims that Ill sell if the axles go.
