whats the word on using the crossover setup from a YJ on my ZJ. I have a buddy who is selling a set up off his YJ that has larger TREs on it for real cheap. The set up looks like it will work on my Zj with just a little reamming on the knuckles. What do you think?

I am planning on using the stock setup from a YJ modified a bit. I think it should work out. Crossover... you talking about the Teraflex setup?

no its a homemade setup but i think im just going to use the factory YJ setup for now...the stock setup on the ZJ just wont hold up..I'm having to replace the TREs every couple of months..

WTF do you do to that Jeep? I'm still using my OEM TRE's & they are just fine. Been wheeling it since 2000.

my jeep rarely sees concrete or asphalt, plus I care more about getting over or around something than breaking parts. If it breaks replace with stronger...right?

it shoudl work just fine but think about it.

you still have to ream you still have to pay some money, and in the end your going to have to do it all over again with soemthign stronger. why not spent the extra 50 or 100 $ and do it right?

I put about 2-3000 miles on my Jeep a year, probably more highway, but anyway I have gone threw a set of Moog TREs every year. I hope this Chevy stuff I'm running will be better.
