OK the last pic, you can see that the Lift on the right is Totally flush with the front doors of the shop... the lift of the left is slightly turned the left, so I can drive into in a little easier, but it leaves me with little working room between the two...

Any ideas out there or reccomendations ?

Thanks
Jerod

Saw your post on Pirate too and responded there. I like this idea with the lifts to one side at 45* angles:

Jerod,

Send the life my way and you won't have to worry about it any more.

Yup, you should have a lot more space this way. BTW I'm jealous!

I would 45 both of those lifts / \

Would be able to use a lot of that dead space created by that Grain Elevator on it's side shop....lol. Oh if you don't want it I will take it...lol

Atleast your shop doesn't look like ours....

Alaska, somebody brought that yellow tj in to be worked on when it's covered in mud?! That'd piss me off!

That's what I was thinking. When people bring their shit over and it's not sparking clean underneath I send them to the car wash before I'll even touch it. Fawkin' hate mud in my eyes...

That's about how much room was b/n the lifts when I used to be a mechanic. remember there is also going to be more room b/n the 2 because the lifts are wider than the vehicles. I had no problem working with that little room.

Anyways, if you want to more it go ahead, but if you can't find a good spot, they should be fine as is.

Yellow CJ-7 is not a customers rig. That is one purdy ZJ. :D

45* like Brentt said would work. If there were 2 trucks on the lift, would there be enough room?

The potato house deal is a PITA. Where I work, we have a building just like that.

I was at his shop yesterday and they still stand just as they are.
