flange for d300 output 119.00
d-shaft for rear ( 1350 ) 419.00

Thats a really slick setup, if you wanna pay the money. Im just going to hook up a line lock inplace of the ebrake.

well i thought about doing that, but i would still have a 1310 ujoint at the tcase. ii do not want to buy an expensive rear shaft now, just to do an upgrade down the road.

That's a pricey driveshaft.

i thought it was a little high too, but thats a 1350 cv shaft with a flange at the tcase. i dont know if length has anything to do with the price or not. i come up with 46" for the rear shaft.

I'd sleep better at night if it had a 1350 instead of the stock 1310's... your probably getting what you pay for.

Even Tom Woods will say that the need for a 1350 over a 1310 on most of our drivelines just isn't there.

It'd be nice though, I like u needed beef.

I had a driveline e-brake on my old CJ. It was just a drum brake on the output of the t-case. You could probably adapt a disk or drum setup to work. ZJ rear drum e-brake assembly might work if you've still got your old axle. Cut it off, figure out a bracket to mount the pads, and drill the drum to match the bolt pattern of the flange on the 300. Yeah - that's really oversimplifying it, but it could be done.

Maybe buy the flange and build your own brake system?

Yeah, that sounds like what the FJ40s run.

even if i built my own brake setup i would still have to buy a shaft. 269 isnt 2 bad its just the 419 that hurts a little bit.
