ok, so its starting to get prety wet where i live and theres alot of water crossings where i wheel so i was wondering what breethers or intakes or whatever need to be re routed on the V8 so that they dont suck up water.

I use the usual breathers with the one way cap on them that are available at NAPA, just make sure they're routed up as high as possible. If you're trying to waterproof your engine bay, don't forget dielectric grease on all electrical connections, plugging the distributor cap vent, grease on the oil dipstick, etc....

is there a place I can get a list of all the breathers that i need to re-route. i want to route them at least as high as the wipers just to be safe.

because of the amount if fles i use pre coiled air hoses and then i tapped and unes a quik disconnect at the axle side and routed it into the engin bay and just cause i'm picky i put small air filters at the top. the cheep 4$ ones.

I had to extend the rear breather tube (m/m adapter and longer tubing) up into the area behind the fuel filler area, did a couple of "U"s and attached it with magnets. The front should "U"s up by the air box ('95), so unless you get into the water above the air intake that should cover it. Last time I had to cross a flooded trail (because of the beavers) a few inches above the bumpers the only place I took water in was the rear diff. before rerouting the rear vent tube, transfer case was OK.

I routed the rear diff one up to the top of the gas filler hose inside as high as possible and used a zip tie to secure it.

I moved the front up high and back towards the firewall.
