Anyone been keeping an eye on the new LJ lifts? Seems the wheelbase is about the same as a ZJ. There was a write-up in JP mag on one, and the rear links were like 40"

What the hell is an LJ?

I'm assuming LJ is the TJ unlimited, which is NOT a ZJ or WJ!! :D

But if you're going where I think you are with this (using LJ?? stuff on a ZJ) I'll let it stay in this forum.

The TJ unlimited LA kits are kinda frowned upon out here. They're basically TJ kits with 10-12" longer rear links and they rob a whole lot of clearance.

As for fitting them to a ZJ, they do come with their own subframe that attaches to the frame rails, probably wouldn't be hard to attach it to our unibody rails in the same way.

That being said, the cost of the LJ kits is equivalent to the other ZJ kits available through RE and Clayton, so I don't see a benefit....

Oh, well I was wondering why the heck someone would be asking about TJ stuff in a ZJ/WJ forum. Too bad he wasn't clearer in his original question. I say delete this crappy thread! :D

I just figured if the wheelbases are close to the same, maybe some ideas could be robbed and used on ZJ's

On a TJ VIN you'll find TJ... on an Unlimited, you'll find LJ
