SOLD, and now living in Kansas.
Time to move on to something else...
Up for sale is my built ZJ that has the 5.9L (360ci) V8, auto and Currie 60’s w/ 37” tires.
Engine – 5.9L (360) V8. Mopar CAI, Edelbrock coated headers. No oil leaks, no weird noises, great shape. Runs and sounds great.
Trans – 46RE 4 spd. Professionally rebuilt about 10K miles ago. Shifts firm, no issues. Temp guage, Mopar fluid, trans cooler installed.
T-case – NP231. Swapped in about 12K miles ago. HD SYE installed.
Drive shafts – Tom Woods 1310 cv’s front and rear. Both polished and clearcoated. The front has been lengthened a couple of inches.
Rear Axle – Currie Rock Jock 60. High pinion, high clearance housing. 4.56, ARB, 35 spline shafts, disc brakes. Trussed for 4 link.
Front Axle – Currie RJ 60. HP, ARB, 35 spline chromo inners and outers. Ford SD knuckles, calipers. 5 on 5.5” unit bearings, Warn premium hubs. 1.5” .250 wall tie rod and drag link w/ rod ends, high steer arms.
Suspension – 5.5” springs, Rusty’s radius arms up front– lengthened 1.5”, forged flex joints, new bushings. Rear is a custom double triangulated 4 link – just recently finished. Flex joints, lower links are 2 x .188” DOM sleeved with 1.625” DOM, uppers are 2” DOM. Bilstein 5150 shocks – 12” travel.
Steering – recently add PSC hydro assist system. Rebuilt PSC steering box, pump and ram. Cooler plumbed in.
Tires/wheels – 37x12.50x17 Pitbull Rocker Radials. These tires work great. Good shape, lots of tread left. 4 of them. 5th/spare is 37” Pro Comp MT – new. 17x9 Champion aluminum beadlocks. Wear and tear on the BL ring but the wheels look like new. 5 of them, all in good shape.
Body – The body is in decent shape, paint is glossy and in good condition. No rust issues, clean. Fender trimming was done cleanly. The pics show the dents/dings. Overall it looks good for how capable it is. Windshield is cracked on passenger side only. Custom bumpers, tube fender protection. The roll cage is a hybrid interior/exo cage. The “rub rails” along the top of the Jeep really save the body. Skid plates, cut-out rockers, unibody reinforcement/plating, bracing, etc…
Other stuff – ARB compressor mouted in cowl, Durango MC, adj. proportioning valve, trans temp gauge in console, Mile Marker winch, Hushpower muffler, high flow Magnaflow cat
I built this Jeep to be able to tackle difficult trails while still remaining streetable. I also wanted to keep it as nice looking as I could while still using it for what it was built for. A lot of time was spent paying attention to details and maintaining a clean look for the Jeep. The body/engine has 180K miles. Everything else has been rebuilt, swapped in or was new. Runs great, performs great, looks good.
