A lot of people on here have been around this rig and could probably attest that it works pretty well.

I don't need to sell this, but if I can get enough out of it I would. I've had this for about 2.5 years and It had 29k on the ticker when I got it. This isn't my DD and is only used for the trail runs, but it could drive every day if you wanted to do it. It's last two trips included 1500+ freeway miles (and 800+ dirt miles), and it averaged about 15 mpg on the freeway cruising at 75-80 mph. Runs like a champ--I wouldn't worry about driving it across the country.

98 Grand Cherokee Limited, 5.2 v8. About 47,000 original miles

Drivetrain:
Engine: Stock 5.2. Full 3" exhaust, otherwise stock.
Tranny: Stock Auto (46 RE I believe). No slipping or anything
T-case: 231 with fixed output.
Front axle: Ford hp44 from a FS Bronco, 4.56's, Warn Premium hubs, Warn shafts, CTM Joints, diff skid, spool.
Rear axle: Dynatrac built 60 (standard, not a fancy shaved one), 4.56's, detroit locker, disk brakes.

Suspension: about 5.5" of total lift (all professionally built)
Front: Custom lengthened radius arms with summit flex joints at the frame end (built 11-2010), Kevins tracbar conversion, Rancho RS 9000 shocks, bump stops, center limiting strap

Rear: Custom triangulated 4 link rear. New Bilstein 5100 shocks (new as of Oct 2010)

Tires/wheels: 35 x 12.5 r17 General Grabber MT's (the new ones) on 17 x 9 Black Rock Viper aluminum wheels. 85% tread (only 3k miles on them, and they seem to be wearing really well).

Other stuff:
Anti-rock swaybars up front (built by Tyler @ Crawler Ready).
ORGS Super nerf rocker protection
New joints in the steering, new tracbar, 4 bolt waggy box is ported for hydro assist, but hydro assist is not installed
Full flat belly skid plate
Kevins Offroad Bucket seats
ARB front bumper with M8000 winch (cable)
Custom rear bumper (Built by Tyler and Crawler Ready)

JBL GTI component speakers up front, Pioneer CD/MP3 deck

Bad
AC doesn't work (haven't tried to fix yet, not sure what is wrong)
Cruise Control doesn't work
Windshield wiper squirter's don't work
Headliner sags (held up very effectively by thumb tacks)
Sunroof is pesky--it's hard to get closed and sealed completely sometimes so I rarely mess with it. It does leak a tiny bit if it's sitting in heavy rain or snow is melting on it, but won't leak when moving
No Horn
No emergency brake
Rear latch mechanism has a tendency to stick a little
Some scratches and dents, and a piece of cladding on the driver's side needs paint.

Inside and out it's reasonably clean, but it is a rig that has spent most of it's life off-road so it's not immaculate. All in all, it's a mechanically sound rig and I've rebuilt or replaced every piece of suspension and steering in the last year. When I got it, it needed some TLC and I've gradually knocked most of it off of the list, but like any rig there is always stuff to be fixed/improved. It wheels great (pritchett is no problem, minus rock pile), drives on the highway with one finger at 80 mph no problem, and has lots of miles left in the motor.

Most recent with the new wheels/tires

If you want pics of anything in particular let me know.

And for those that might ask why....I want a buggy and a camping rig. This does double duty as both right now, but while it's capable of both types of offroad, it isn't the best rig for either (especially harder rockcrawling where it is too big, too wide, too heavy, and too dana 44'd to do the things I enjoyed doing in my last buggy)
