My current employer frowns upon doing small side jobs in the machine shop. It was never a problem for me in the past at other at places I've worked. As a matter of fact, I had free run of the waterjet at my last job..
Anyway, I stumbled upon this online machine shop while doing a web search. They also provide CAD software with an option to import .dxf, .iges, igs, and .step files. The software also gives instant quoting.

Setup is pretty expensive. Just to create an aluminum or steel ZJ flat radiator grill is >$100 per part minimum 50 parts.
